Delicious Cooking of Russian Dinner

Russian dinner consists of three meals – soup, a second course, and a dessert. Today you will learn how to cook a pea soup, jellied minced chicken meat, and a curd biscuit with raisins.

What we need to cook a pea soup – pea that has soaked in water for a night, smoked ribs, home-made smoked sausage.

Pea swells after the night and that makes him crumble while boiling. In the morning you should wash and filter the pea. Then we pour it into a pan and put it on fire.

Then it should boil for some time, and then put ribs in there and let them boil together with pea. Now cut onions and carrot and let it fry. Then add some sausage, tomatoes and paprika.

If pea doesn’t crumble blender it right in the pan. Then put potatoes and let it boil. Now put the fried ingredients in there and stir it slowly. The soup is ready – bon appetite!

And now let’s cook jellied minced chicken meat. At first remove the skin from a chicken.

Put it in water (about 4 litres).

Now boil it for 4 hours until the meat goes off the bones. Then add carrot, garlic, onion and boil for another 30 minutes. Now add bay leaf, black pepper and boil for 30 minutes more.

When the broth is getting ready you should boil eggs, cool them and clean. To decorate the meat you may cut carrot in this way.

Now cut some garlic.

Get the carrot, onion and garlic from the broth out and throw them out. Filter the broth and let it cool down. Split the meat from bones, cut it and put in a tray.

Cut eggs and put them on meat, add cut carrot, garlic, decorate with sill or coriander. Then pour it with the broth and put in a fridge.

Meat is served with horseradish and mustard. Enjoy your meal!

Now learn how to cook a curd biscuit with raisins. You need 4 eggs, 150 g of sugar powder, vanilla – 15 g, butter – 120 g, flour – 100 g, curd – 300 g, soda – 1 spoonful, nuts – 50 g, raisins – 50 g, chocolate – 100 g.

Separate whites from yolks, and heat the oven up to 180 degrees.

Then filter the curd through a sieve.

Now blender yolks and make dough from them, sugar powder and flour, then add some curd.

Now blender the whites.

Add dry raisins into dough and stir it slowly.

Put the dough in a tray.

Now cook it until ready (about 40 minutes).

Now you may put chocolate on it and some nuts.
